Where is my stuff?

Digital items

If you purchased an eBook, audio book, or printable and you can't find the email to download your content, here are some tips:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
    Sometimes super efficient filters trying to protect you will route emails into a spam folder instead of your inbox.
  • Confirm you used the correct email address at check out
    All eBooks, audio books, and printable items are delivered to the email address you provided during check out.

If you still can't find your items, send a note to help AT worderella DOT com so we can try to help.

Physical items

If you purchased a print book or merchandise such as mugs, clothing, or stickers, each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

My custom printing and delivery process can take up to 28 days normally, and longer during the holiday season. This is intentional, to reduce environmental waste and ensure a quality product. Because each order is custom printed, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not accepted. Please be certain of your selections prior to check out.

I am not responsible for lost, late, or damaged items as I have no control once the package is with the shipping carrier. Due to persistent shipping delays from the pandemic, it could take up to 3 weeks to receive your items, especially during the holiday season. If you believe the item is lost, please contact your local postal service location with your order details for more information.

How do I check order status?

Once your physical order containing physical items is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help AT worderella.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

What is the shipping policy?

My custom printing and delivery process can take up to 28 days or longer during the holiday season. This is to reduce environmental waste and ensure a quality product. Because each order is custom printed, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not accepted. Please be certain of your selections prior to check out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I hand ship my stationery line, Bright Bird Press, to addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and a couple other countries, via the Simple Export Rate at Pirate Ship. 

If I don't ship to your country and it is on this approved list, send me a note. 

EU Shipping

Thanks to my partnership with EAS Project, EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

  1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery.
  2. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times.
  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout.
  4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support.
How do I get my digital items?

Once the payment clears from your purchase, you will receive an email with the subject, "Your book has arrived!"

  1. Open the email and click or tap the download link to visit the BookFunnel download page.
  2. Click or tap "Get my book."
  3. Select your preferred reading device from the menu.
  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions, or add the item to your BookFunnel library.

If you run into any issues with downloading, please:

  • Click or tap the NEED HELP? icon in the top right of the download page.
  • Send an email to help AT bookfunnel DOT com.

What is the wholesale pricing policy?

Send me a note for a 40% wholesale discount code off retail pricing.

Wholesale orders must include at least ten novel-length books to qualify for the 40% discount. Each code will be one-time use only, specific to the shopper and order.

Shipping discounts do not apply.

Returns

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, I do not accept cancellations, returns or process refunds or exchanges.

Digital file access is sent as soon as payment completes.

If my distributor ships the wrong item, please contact me at help AT worderella DOT com with photos and a detailed description. I will work with the printer to send you a replacement.

What do I do with damaged items?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items obviously damaged by mail carriers should be documented within five days of delivery with photos and order number, and sent to help AT worderella DOT com for a refund request. Refunds of this nature will be processed on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
