Unfortunately, I do not accept cancellations, returns or process refunds or exchanges.
Digital file access is sent as soon as payment completes.
If my distributor ships the wrong item, please contact me at help AT worderella DOT com with photos and a detailed description. I will work with the printer to send you a replacement.
What do I do with damaged items?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items obviously damaged by mail carriers should be documented within five days of delivery with photos and order number, and sent to help AT worderella DOT com for a refund request. Refunds of this nature will be processed on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
