My custom printing and delivery process can take up to 28 days normally or longer during the holiday season. This is to reduce environmental waste and ensure a quality product. Because each order is custom printed, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not accepted. Please be certain of your selections prior to check out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I hand ship my stationery line, Bright Bird Press, to addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and a couple other countries, via the Simple Export Rate at Pirate Ship. 

If I don't ship to your country and it is on this approved list, send me a note.

EU Shipping

Thanks to my partnership with EAS Project, EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery.
   
2. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times.
   
3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout.
   
4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support.
