Edie - I love love love So You Think You Can Dance. My favorite was Mark, though. He was so unique, yet diverse and approachable. Katie, of course, never made a mistake, and always looked like dancing was effortless for her (even though she worked really hard). But I really wanted Mark to win and was pretty disappointed he didn't make top four.

Spy: Yes, you do. In the beginning, only you will believe in you. Others won't start until you do, or until it becomes fashionable.

Belinda: Thanks for having me here! :)

Edie: The finals came down to 3 people. 1 man among them. But the top two I believe ended up being the girls. It's harder for women to lose weight than men, so I find this amazing. I know you will sell too Edie! :)

Amy: Hi, you're welcome. Just keep on rolling. Some days we don't get a lot accomplished on our goals, but any baby step in that direction is still a step you hadn't taken before.

I say I will...but then I don't always move in that direction or I do so very slowly. I want to pick up momentum, gain speed, keep rolling...

And I know I will.

Thanks!

Zoe, I am convinced I will sell. I'm positive about it.

I don't watch The Biggest Loser, but I'm glad a woman won. And glad the choice was between two women! I did watch So You Think You Can Dance. I really wanted a girl to win this time. The winner, Josh, was great. But his partner through most of the season, Katie, was the best. She should have won, IMO.

It's amazing how changing a single word will help you accomplish your goals. Keep telling yourself that you will do it, and you will. Not that you want to. Just do it!

Thanks, Zoe, for this great post!

That's a great story. I remember a few episodes of that, but I didn't get to see the rest of the season because my DVR broke.

I need to start saying things like that!
