I loved it, too. I chose to read it instead of sleeping the day before a class presentation. Never mind that I was completely prepared for it, I could've used the sleep haha.

I hope to read more of his work, though. I hear good things about him.

I LOVE this book. Ok, I love Neil Gaiman. I think, though, Neverwhere might be my favorite of his work.

Really? I thought it felt more fleshed out than Stardust, and had a completely different setting (Stardust is essentially pastoral, Neverwhere an underground urban mess). Did you ever see the movie, Stardust? It came out on my birthday but I still haven't seen it yet.

Mmm. Neverwhere. My only disappointment was that it felt very similar to Stardust (and this might be because my first book that I picked up by Neil was American Gods, followed by Sandman, Stardust, and Mirrormask, and I was expecting another very-original setting). Great book!
