I recently had a conversation about my fountain pens, actually. Brian, my co-worker, has a theory that most technical people (such as my computer science peers) prefer mechanical pencils alone as writing utensils, while it seems that creative writers, such as myself, are almost obsessed with different types of pens.

I found his theory really interesting. What do you think? Do you have creative writer friends who collect pens? Or do they have a lucky revision/editing pen?

If anything, I guess it just shows how the way a person thinks of them self really permeates their habits.

I have a glass pen that my dad bought me. It's very hard to write with, but when I get the rip amount of ink on the tip, it looks very cool.
