  1. I'm doing NaNo! But my word count is a pathetic…5,176 at the moment. :| I'm so far behind, because of work and lack of motivation to actually do the writing. Luckily I haven't had any writer's block yet.

  3. You should keep going! There are plenty of times when I've sat down and been completely unmotivated, can't think of a word to put to the page, but I force myself to write something, even if it's as asinine as the word "the." It's amazing how things will sometimes begin to flow after that. Maybe you should join a word-war with someone from wrimobuddies, I've heard that helps.

And if nothing else, you still have 5,176 more words to work with than before you started!

  4. I've done a few word wars and they've helped here and there, but part of the problem is that by the time I can get home and join a WriMo chat, I'm too tired (from school or work- take your pick) to be able to focus on writing and I get nothing written. The weekends also kill me because of work (I had a nine hour shift last week- didn't do any writing that day), so I usually only barely get to write during the week, if I have the inspiration and motivation.

  7. Oof yeah I can see how that would be difficult! Well, keep plugging away. :)
